New Release! This is our first cacao from Nicaragua, sourced via good friend Juan Gonzalez of Mabco here in Ontario. This is an ideal after-dinner chocolate that will pair beautifully with a coffee or liqueur. O'Payo has notes of coffee and buttery caramel and finishes with bittersweet chocolate.  It is a creamy bar that melts smoothly on the tongue.
