We've been friends with Rob and Joanne at The Second Wedge Brewery in Uxbridge since before its inception and always look forward to chocolate and beer collabs. For this chocolate we steeped cacao nibs in the beweries Rainmaker Porter for 3 days, drained and dried the nibs, and then began our chocolate making. During the pour we added some of our Johnson Mountain nibs for a little crunch. What we created for our first limited edition bar for the 2023 holiday season is a beautiful earthy bar with notes of malt, coffee, and cocoa complimented by a lovely bitter cacao nib crunch.
INGREDIENTS: organic cacao, organic cane sugar, porter beer.
