This silky hot chocolate is a collaboration with Drew Jacobson of Hurtberry Farms, home of wonderful hot sauces. We've added two types of Drew's peppers and other spices to our 72% dark chocolate blend to produce a winter drink that will warm from the inside out. From Drew's vast number of peppers we chose pasilla for its sweet heat and ancho for its classic chili flavours. There is just enough spice and pepper heat to warm and not leave you burning. Its like a cozy blanket on a wintry night.
