This bean comes from the legendary Bachelors Hall Estate, St Thomas, Jamaica, owned and farmed by Desmond Jadusingh. The beans are fermented on site, and unmatched for quality. Subtle notes of tropical fruit blend seamlessly with deep dark chocolate to produce a smooth and mellow chocolate experience.
